Beth Miller, singer and daughter of TCS member Gloria Kaufman, will perform favorites with her husband Mark Miller and other member of the troupe. Spuyten Dyuvil plans original and cleverly recycled folk, roots, traditional, and acoustic music. Covering the last 100 years of American music, the songs conjure embittered Civil War veterans, recalcitrant small town lovers, and brave hearted fools navigating the mysteries of daily life. Featuring guitar, dobro, bouzouki, fiddle, tenor guitar, mandolin and piano.

Synagogue Hosts Interfaith Thanksgiving Service
Tuesday, November 25th at 7:30pm
This year, it is the synagogue's honor to be hosting the annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration. Because this event customarily attracts several hundred people, it exceeds the capacity of our own building and so our great friends at St. James Church have graciously offered to let us host the event at their premises. The celebration, which is roughly an hour long, involves readings and songs presented by different faith groups and religious organizations in our county, including Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, and Jewish representatives. The Synagogue will sponsor refreshments. Those attending are asked to support the Chatham Food Pantry with either a monetary donation or a canned good. Our member, Florence Mehl, is organizing the event, and we hope as many of you as possible will join into the spirit of the evening and confirm our presence in the interfaith community. Please let
