Let them make me a sancturay that I may dwell among them (Exodus 25:89)
In the fall of 1999, roughly a dozen men and women came together to form The Synagogue at Malden Bridge and what is now The Chatham Synagogue, the first new Jewish congregation in Columbia County in almost a century and the first ever to serve the northern end of the county. From our inception, we have sought innovative and creative ways to meet the needs of Columbia County's growing and diverse Jewish population. With your interest and support, we will continue.
